First Iranian company in Cuba
Cuban weekly paper, Opciones published an article about the opening of the first Iranian company in Cuba on Saturday. The fact, that Tad.Co could establish its office in the Caribbean country is a proof the tighter relation between the two adversaries of America.

At the opening of Tad.Co Mostafa Alaei, Ambassador of Iran said that it was not the goal, only a step in building closer relationship between Iran and Cuba.

The Iranian company had business relations with Cuba in the last 7 years too: they sold more than 3000 of irrigation systems here. The relationship between Cuba and Iran becomes more and more tight, for example last year they set up a joint venture to produce refrigerators and other appliances for the market of Cuba.

Seyed Amir Mansoor Berhei, Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran visited Cuba in April and that time the governments of the two countries agreed to improve cooperation in the fields of agriculture, biotechnology and transportation. Trade between the countries grew with 24 million dollars from 2007 to 2008, but for 2009 it dropped with 19 million dollars because of the global crisis.

Cuba also supports the nuclear energy program of Iran, which is controversial in many countries.
